By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. About Techify Global
Techify Global is an IT company specializing in:
- Website design & development
- E-commerce solutions
- Mobile application development
- Custom software development
- UI/UX design
- Software integrations & automation
- Maintenance and technical support
2. Scope of Services
The scope of work will be clearly defined in the project proposal, quotation, or agreement shared with the Client.
Any additional features or services not mentioned in the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges and revised timelines.
3. Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment is required before project initiation.
- 50% balance payment is due upon project completion and prior to final delivery, deployment, or transfer of credentials/source code.
- Work will commence only after receipt of the advance payment and written confirmation of the project scope.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services or withholding of deliverables.
4. Project Timelines
- Project timelines are estimates based on agreed requirements.
- Delays caused by late approvals, content submission, feedback, or payments may extend delivery schedules.
- Significant scope changes may require a revised timeline and cost.
5. Revisions & Changes
- Revisions are limited to the number agreed in the proposal.
- Additional revisions or feature enhancements beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.
- Major functional changes after approval will be treated as a new project phase.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- Full ownership of the final project will transfer to the Client only after full payment is received.
- Until full payment is made, Techify Global retains ownership of all work, code, and assets developed.
- Third-party tools, plugins, themes, APIs, or software remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information and necessary materials
- Provide timely approvals and feedback
- Ensure legal compliance of content supplied
- Make payments as per agreed schedule
Techify Global shall not be responsible for delays caused by the Client.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the project.
This obligation continues even after project completion.
9. Third-Party Services
Clients are responsible for costs related to:
- Hosting & domain registration
- Payment gateways
- Cloud services
- Third-party software or APIs
Techify Global is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party service providers.
10. Maintenance & Support
Post-launch maintenance and support will be provided only if included in the agreement or under a separate maintenance contract.
Emergency or additional support outside the agreed scope may be chargeable.
11. Limitation of Liability
Techify Global shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Business losses, revenue loss, or data loss
- Downtime caused by hosting providers or external platforms
Total liability shall not exceed the total project fee paid.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
In case of termination:
- Payments made are non-refundable.
- Work completed up to termination will be invoiced accordingly.
13. Force Majeure
Techify Global shall not be responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, server failures, or cyber incidents.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Insert City], India.
15. Acceptance
By signing a proposal, approving a quotation, or making payment, the Client acknowledges acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
