Refund Policy

At Techify Global, we prioritize client satisfaction while maintaining fairness in our work commitments.

1. Advance Payment

The 50% advance payment is non-refundable once the project has commenced, as resources, time, and development efforts are allocated immediately upon initiation.

2. Mid-Project Cancellation

If the client chooses to discontinue the project midway:

• Payments made will not be refunded.
  
• Work completed up to that stage may be delivered at the company’s discretion.
  

3. Post-Delivery

No refunds will be issued once the project has been completed, approved, and delivered.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund considerations (if any) will be reviewed solely at the discretion of Techify Global management in exceptional cases.
