Management: Our team ensures end-to-end website upkeep — from server maintenance and optimization to design, content, and feature updates, including periodic redesigns based on evolving needs.
Operations: We’ve established a dedicated 5-seat infrastructure within a co-working space to support various key responsibilities, which encompass:
- Conducting blended calls
- Providing live chat support from 9 AM to 6 PM.
- Handling onboarding and management of seller accounts
- Managing product uploads, reviews, and inventory
